In a home laundry drier, a cylindrical tub containing wet clothes rotates steadily about a horizontal axis, as in Figure P7.63. The clothes are made to tumble so that they will dry uniformly. The rate of rotation of the smooth-walled tub is chosen so that a small piece of cloth loses contact with the tub when the cloth is at an angle of 68.0° above the horizontal. If the radius of the tub is 0.340 m, what rate of revolution is needed?

All religions believe they have the absolute truth. How do you
know when you have it? If God wants us to serve Him, why doesn't he manifest which religion has the absolute truth? Since He has not done that, is it logical to conclude that no one has the "truth"? I thought He is not a God of confusion.

It has to have a host in order to survive. Like people tell me is the case with fetuses. Their argument is that a fetus is not a living thing because it has to have a host. So what about parasites? Read your biology book and you'll see they are living. And yes, I am comparing a fetus to a parasite, so get over it. I'm trying to get people to think about what they are actually saying.

I am wanting to buy wine, and store it for certain occassions. Whether it is dinner that night, or a special anniversary. I was just not sure if a wine cooler was necessary to store it, or if it is just a fancy thing to have? What are the benefits of having one, as opposed to just keeping it on the counter. Thanks.

I have only been to a krispy creme once and thought they were good, unhealthy but good all the same!

My favourite doughnuts though are from a local bakery here in town that bake them at 3am to serve them from 6am to noon. Do you prefer local bakery or large Krispy creme where you are from?
