I have only been to a krispy creme once and thought they were good, unhealthy but good all the same!
My favourite doughnuts though are from a local bakery here in town that bake them at 3am to serve them from 6am to noon. Do you prefer local bakery or large Krispy creme where you are from?

I don't like Krispy Creme. The donut part is all air. You are basically just eating glaze.
I prefer a donut that when you bite into you get some substance. In Houston we have a chain called Shipley. They are the best donuts in town!!!

I think Krispy Creme sucks. I also have a bakery in town and i absolutely love them. I would choose a bakery any day over those disgusting things. I dont know if a bakery is any healthier but they sure taste lke it. Happy Eating.

Krispy Kreme doughnuts are overpriced and small! If, I want to waste my calories on doughnuts, then I expect them to be bigger and a better value. The Krispy Kreme shop in the next town folded after less then 2 years, that tells ya something!

I used to love the donuts from my local bakery, but it went out of business. So I had to move on to Krispy Kreme, which is now my fave!

local bakery are so much better made right in front of you no air...local bakeries are nicer b/c most of them are family owned so they have to make good doughnuts to stay in business were as crispy creme can still make half way descent doughnuts and still be open for business..

I'm pregnant and have so been craving Krispy Creme. I have my fiance drive out and get me some. I love their glazed doughnuts, so bad for me, but oh so good :)

I prefer my local donut shops maple bars and creme filled and jelly donuts to Krispy Creme...

I prefer Dunkin Donuts to Krispy Kremes any day!
They also make kick azz coffee!

I like KKs (as we call them at the office), but not all the time.
We do a variation at the office. Dunkin Donuts one time, KKs the next; local bakery next. That way, we don't get tired of any one kind.
