I am a 22 year old female. I have had chest pain for the last 2 months, that comes and goes. The pain sometimes moves to my under arm. I also have had tingling in my fingers and my feet and hand get cold. For the last couple of days I have had some pain in my jaw. When I get the chest pain I also have a hard time breathing. I have very bad mood swings. I go from extremely happy to the biggest "B" in seconds. I have had problem sleeping for the last 4 months. I have lost about 30lbs in the last 3 months. I am worried that something is very wrong with me and my doctor can't get me in for over a month. Can someone give me a idea of what I may be dealing with?

Today in the UK, two men are facing charges of "using words likely to incite racial hatred" for daring to criticise the failed experiment of multiculturalism, and describing the religion of Islam as a “wicked faith”; a charge which seems utterly ludicrous in the context of all that has been perpetrated in the name of Allah at home and abroad in recent years, never mind the centuries of conflict and bloodshed in the Middle East, North Africa, Iberia and the Balkans.

For daring to stand up and tell the truth about the threat in our midst the two accused could face up to seven years in prison in a court in a supposed western democracy where “the truth is no defence" (the law states that "the truth is no defence" when charged with race related "crimes").

Part of their alleged "crime" was to state the risk of a possible terrorist attack by asylum seekers and 2nd generation Muslims. These words were proved true by the 7/7 bomb attacks in London last year.

My 12 year old daughter was invited to go to an indoor amusement park (within West Edmonton Mall) with 2 other 12 year old girls. The birthday girl's parents were just going to drop them off and pick them up 6 hours later!

another problem i got is this naughty smile in my face . i find it hard to show respect to people , really . although i feel sympathy to people .
whatever is the issue i cant hide this stupid naughty laugh .
i am aware of it and the people who i talk to feel i am not respcting them .
what shud i do to wipe off this naughty laugh and be serious ?

i know its a stupid question ...but i am way to easy going person at time
and i have supeirority complex sometime that i am genius( thought its not a fact) and all .

if i live until i am 85. actually, the shorter lifespan seems easier. i am married with kids and want them provided for but in the big picture it really isnt too important to me to be on this earth a long time. is this a strange outlook on life? how do other people think about this outlook or what is their outlook on it?

Once there was a millionaire, who collected live alligators. He kept them in the pool in back of his mansion. The millionaire also had a beautiful daughter who was single.

One day, the millionaire decides to throw a huge party, and during the party he announces, 'My dear guests, I have a proposition to every man here. I will give one million dollars, or my daughter, to the man who can swim across this pool full of alligators and emerge unharmed!'
