My mom has been making this for years, and then I started making it. Very quick, very easy. First, when you cook/scramble the hamburger, cook multiple pounds at a time, then freeze the cooked hamburger by the pound. Then all you have to do it thaw it out, much quicker than cooking & draining it one pound at a time. Ok, now for the recipe, Hamburger Surprise.
*1 pound cooked & drained hamburger
*1 cup cooked rice (I use white because it's cheaper)
*1 can each: corn, peas, carrots
*1 28ounce can diced tomatoes WITH juice
Cook everything in a big pan until it reaches a thick consistency. If you want to try it as a soup, just let it heat but still have some liquid left. This is a very EASY recipe to multiply, also reheats perfectly. The only seasoning I add to this is Lawry's salt once it's on my plate!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aMm9c
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

This is a fire house recipe. Brown some ground beef add taco seasoning. Line the bottom of a seperate pan with crescent roll dough (pillsbury or other brand) it can go up the sides of the pan. Bake about 5 minutes until almost done a little brown. Spread the meat over the bread, spread sour cream over the meat, sprinkle cheese over that and crush some corn chips on top of that. Bake again until cheese is melted completely about another 6 or 7 min. Serve with salsa if desired. Very good, just made it last night for a church function and it was gone.

I grew up thinking I knew what Goulash is because my family called this recipe Goulash, but it is not the typical Hungarian Goulash that you may find in a restaurant.
Brown beef in skillet with pepper, basil, oregano, onion, and garlic.
Meanwhile cook macaroni (any style but I most often use elbow).
Drain the macaroni and add beef mixture, and tomato sauce.
Stir well and heat through.
I generaly serve this with a salad, corn, peas, or lima beans.
For my family of 5, I use about 1.5 pounds of beef, about 3 cups of macaroni, and two 15 ounce cans of sauce.
It should be somewhat saucy and have an Italian taste.
I hope you like it. It's one of my kids' favorites!
For super easy sloppy joes, I add about 1 cup of ketchup, and 1/4 cup mustard, pepper, and chili powder. No need to waste money on the canned stuff! These measures are approximate, I just taste test until it's right.
These are just the 2 fastest and easiest recipes that I can think of but Kraft and Campbell's have excellent recipe selections online. Good luck and good eating!

Meatloaf is a great option. There are so many recipes you can use, but the basic recipe is:
1 1/2 lb. of ground beef
1 egg
Onion to taste
1 tsp. salt (or to taste
Pepper to taste
Bell pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup or bbq sauce

Mix all together well. Put in loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center produces clear juices.
Options:
You can use your favorite can of creamed soup (use 1/2 can) instead of ketchup. You can also top the meatloaf with soup or ketchup before baking.

I am not sure whether you are looking for just ground beef alone or with something else.
You can try sloppy joe's--very tasty, quick and fun. Brown the ground beef with seasoning of your choice in a skillet. Add the sloppy joe mixture (can be found at your local grocery store in the canned food aisle), heat together for a few minutes. Slop it on hamburger bread and enjoy!
