She complains how I don't miss her and other things of that sort. I explain to her that I do, the problem is knowing that she is involved with this other person bothers me only half of the time, I don't want to get all wrapped up in her, only to get my heart broke, I do date, but me and my friend remain friend. We are long distance at this time, but i will be relocating there in two months, she always says i can't wait till u move here, we gon do this and that. I'm not gonna be just worried about and still date. what should i do? how do you think she will react when i date other people?

Do most young adults(age 18+) help out with rent? At what age should parents charge rent? At what age should young adults be completely independent, as in living on their own, having no help from mom or dad, having their own insurance etc. Living in a dorm room where mom or dad pay tuition does not count.

I know all this has to be written and I know that it needs the consent of the people on the deed but my question is if I do get consent and it is written, and my name is added to the deed, will that allow me to be part owner of the property as well? Am I allowed to then refinance the home in just my name without my mom and dad so I can claim the interest and taxes that I'd pay on the property? I understand that they'd still be owners of the house but I just want to make sure I am also considered an owner. Can this all be done at the county recording office as far as getting my name added? Thanks.
