I've smoked Marlboro Menthols, Salems, Newports, etc.
What do you all suggest?

i was a menthol smoker for 5 years before I went to non-menthol. Not taht i didnt like non-menthol, its just menthol is harder on the lungs when you become a heavy smoker. I smoked all kinds too, however, I really felt taht Salem had the best menthol of them all because they are not strong like Kools and stronger than alot of other brands. You want a balance. Go with the one that feels good when you inhale the smoke in your lungs and tastes good too when you exhale it. Would like to kow what your choice is.

Marlboro Menthols Lights by far are the best.
Newports are pretty strong and after a long night of drinking and smoking your lungs will definitely feel it.

Newports will kill you quickly they are so strong. I used to smoke Virginia Slim Lights menthols. X-smoker now!

I don't have an opinion on menthol cigarettes because I don't care for the way they taste. However, if you're smoking them because you think they're nice and minty, I suggest you switch to clove cigarettes (also known as kreteks).
HOWEVER... I've heard varying things about the healthiness of clove cigarettes versus regular cigarettes. The first source listed below says they're are worse for you in a number of ways. The wikipedia article doesn't suggest that. I will say that one can never be completely sure about the people who are writing on Wiki (i.e. that article could have a severe slant because it was posted by someone who had an interesting in seeing cloves continue to be smoked)
The only thing I know for sure: if you like minty cigarettes... cloves taste like you're practically chewing gum.

I suggest you quit now. Smoking will age you, so that by the time you are in your 30s you will look like an old lady. Smoking can also kill you, and it may be a very slow and very painful death. Smoking during pregnancy (addiction may mean you cannot quit) can cause irreparable harm to your baby. And finally, you smell disgusting!
