She complains how I don't miss her and other things of that sort. I explain to her that I do, the problem is knowing that she is involved with this other person bothers me only half of the time, I don't want to get all wrapped up in her, only to get my heart broke, I do date, but me and my friend remain friend. We are long distance at this time, but i will be relocating there in two months, she always says i can't wait till u move here, we gon do this and that. I'm not gonna be just worried about and still date. what should i do? how do you think she will react when i date other people?

Cheaters will get what they deserve, nothing in the end but heartache.
Don't you think you deserve a better person with morals , values, ethic's, that hold themself to a higher standard. Someone who cheats is not a very good person.
I hope when you do relocate and date others, if she truly has feelings for you, she gets what she deserves.

Who cares what she thinks if you are dating other people I mean come on now, she is cheating on someone else, and you care what she thinks. Please she has no morals or respect for U or the other guy, so here is what I suggest you do, Move on leave her sorry a** and get a life of your own, Do you not think that if she and you were exclusive she wouldn't do the same thing to you? You should never date someone who is either married or in another relationship 9x out of 10 they stay with the person they are with. Get out of it asap before your heart and your emotions get tangled up in this mess you call a somewhat of a relationship. Plus think of it this way would you like someone that you love do it to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's not healthy for the mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
