im adamant that i want a diagnosis so it can point the way forward for treatment for me.......should i go there expecting a diagnosis? if im unhappy with the meds ive been on for a year, should i expect that the psychiatrist change them? ive not seen in my view very understanding psychiatrists in the past, and im very apprehensive about this appointment, expecting not to get what i want.....should i simply explain my symptoms and go along with what he says. or should i go to the appointment demanding therapy a diagnosis and medication?

At one time I had installed Quick Time, but in the end my computer would not run it for some reason, so I uninstalled it. However I have tried several ways to remove the icon below, but with no luck. It loads each time I boot computer. I right click to exit it each time, but it shows up next time I reboot??

On my computer, whenever i go to Yahoo search, for example, before i even type anything in, it brings up a list of previously searched items. Well, my finances younger brother comes over occasionally to play on the net, and i'm scared that he will go to search for things and he will see some of the racey things that were looked up before. Is there anyway to erase this? I've gone under internet options and deleted cookies and cleared history, but that's not it. Any suggestions?

I have had abnormal bowel movements (diarrhea) and my stomach has been making a lot of noise lately, but on top of that I had symptoms of bacterial vaginosis (fishy smell of the vagina, weird discharge). I went to the gyno and she told me that I did not have bacterial vaginosis and everything looks normal. She said I might have some type of gastrointestinal problem that would probably go away on it's own but if not to wait until after I menstruate to see if anything changes and then come back if there is still a problem. Please help? I want this to be gone.

Sounds odd but... I have been known to "know " future events regarding friends and family...

Because my info is always helpful to others health, I know my insight is from God. I will not go into detail about His methods for using me as a helper.
However, I suddenly ~this past two days can N O T get the word FRIDAY out of my head. If you have these same type of insights then YOU KNOW what I mean , and what I am describing. I even caught myself thinking today was friday... (more than once) Does ANYONE here at YAHOO have any intuition about why I keep thinking of "friday"?
