Look in her eyes when you talk to her. Hold her hands often and tell her you love her whenever you have the opportunity.

Pay attention when she is talking to you, etc. Always give her a big hug when you meet up with her.

But wait! are you a guy or a gurl?

a) she should not be insulting you
b) you should NEVER have to PROVE that you are trustworthy unless you have broken that trust before. If you have, my advice is stay low, take it like a man, and give her as much assurance as she needs- she deserves that much.
c) Ask her "different, how"? and ask yourself if truly there have been some changes.

Communicate, but don't allow anyone to make you feel you need to earn trust in a relationship. Trust is given out of love, unless it is broken.

Communication...
Talk with her and ask what makes her feel that way. You sitting down taking the time to find out means you care and she will see that.

Have a good think about her accusations. If they really are unfounded it may be that she's feeling insecure and you need to reassure her. Try to be consistent with her and over time she should realise that you are devoted to her.

You will never be able to "prove" anything to her. If that is what she needs, she doesn't or can't trust you. All you can do is try to love her and if it isn't enough, move on.
