I think abt dumping my husband but i'm afraid that people are going to talk behind my back and who are these people, these are people from my origin. I'm a muslim and originally from india. My religion permits us to divorce your spouse when you think that the relationship is not working out. Islam is an open religion. It gives one a lot of rights but its the followers who dont practice it right. So i guess its the culture. If i divorce my husband, people are going to think i'm not blessed. Some of them might even stop talking to me and accuse me of bad things. Al though my parents wont have a problem with me divorcing my husband but my relatives and perhaps some of my friends will think of me bad and will look down on me. I'm a USA citizen and it makes me different but i wonder if people from my society are still going to attack me. And there is also one another major problem with my culture, a girl who is divorced is going to have a hard time finding another guy to marry.

how far along were you when you went into labor, and did you have to have a c-section or did you give birth vaginally? I am currently 13 weeks prego with twins and I'm just curious to know how much shorter your pregnancies were with twins than with a single.

I woke up this morning to find a mark on my ankle. I tried to clean it off but it won't budge. I checked my bed for any markers or anything the kids may have left and found nothing. Its three dots straight down and a half circle underneath, brown in color. Sounds strange, but anyone have any thoughts on what it might be???

A common expression to justify abortion is that the mother has the right to choose to abort the baby because it is her body.

However, the baby inside is seperate and distinct from the mother's body. It is a seperate life form.

The baby is in the mother's womb because that is where it needs to be to grow into a human capable of living outside the womb.

Until that time, the baby requires nourishment from the mother. Therefore, it is the mother's responsibility to provide it with nourishment.

Therefore, abortion terminates a seperate and distinct life and is a rejection of the mother's responsibility.

Does that series of ideas make logical sense? Why or why not?

I don't get it. There are so many parents who don't want to "push" Chrisitanity on their child. They let every other religion be a part of their child's life, but anything Chrisitian they feel they need to guard against, for fear they are pushing it. (Schools are the same way - they celebrate Kwanza, teach the principles of Islam in history class, celebrate religous diversity, etc. But mention Christianity and it's a no-no. I am happy for the diversity in schools, but why can't Chrisitianity be just another one of the diverse beleifs?) Why do these parents feel it is wrong to teach their kids Chrisitianity? Why can't you teach Chrisitanity but ALSO teach them that as they learn about the world they may want to explore something else. What is wrong with that? Why is Chrisitianity the only religion in the world that is OK to bash right now?

And, no, I didn't really ask a question, I just had to get that out in response to the "wicca baby's room" question.
