There are too many competitions. You can buy earrings anywhere. If I'm looking for costume jewelry, I wouldn't look in eBay. It takes too much time and energy to find a nice one. You may want to set up an eBay store and advertise so people can visit your store and look at all your stuff. The stuff have to be unique though.

one of the things i will never buy off ebay is earrings. basically for hygene reasons. i expect alot of people are the same when it comes to things like this. best tip is to sell things you know people will want - when i want to sell things on ebay i do a completed listings search of the item i want to sell to see how previous auctions have done. if they havent gone for alot i dont bother to list them and take them to charity shop or just throw them in the bin.

Have you listed them in the right category? Different sorts of buyers are going to look in Fine Jewelry to those that look in costume jewlery for example. Or there was at one time a category for handmade crafts..........not sure if there still is though.

If they're second hand then I'm not surprised nobody is buying them. If they're homemade, maybe they're not that nice!
