What were your results? Did it help you lose weight? Also what did you use? I'm interested in something I can make from home or cheap as some are very very expensive.

Interesting answers so far.

Yes, I've tried it... the brand I used was called Colonix for the Dr. Natura company. It's rather expensive, but it yielded wonderful results.

I've lost about ten pounds since I started (three months ago), but didn't have much weight to lose in the first place; I was more interested in the detoxification aspect of it... on a normal day, I have about two or three healthy movements.

If you want to do this at home, eat lots of natural fibers (psyllium husk is wonderful) and make sure to drink PLENTY of water, or all of the excess fiber intake will actually have a reverse effect! Tea with senna is also good... it contracts your bowels and helps push excess waste out. It can make your stomach hurt a bit if you steep it too long, however... it's a good idea to start small (steep it for two minutes or so) and work your way up from there.

Good luck!

If you make it from home, how are you going to cleanse your OWN colon? Is it like a dousche for your back side? I'm not sure how that would work...or is it something you ingest to help you lose weight and clean it out from top to bottom?

sorry for asking so many questions, I'm supposed to ANSWER the question you asked....

Do not do it. You have nothing to gain and a lot of discomfort for nothing.
