There are drug laws in Holland. However the police choose to do nothing so long as you behave. It is tolerated and allowed but you can get in trouble as well. The difference with the two is that americans alot of times don't know how to conduct themselves when they are "high" versus the europeans do. Not all europeans are good but like always it only takes a few "bad apples" to ruin the the lot for everyone else.

because of the fact while the government became being wide-unfold, the Founding Fathers knew that State and local governments may be extra in a position to control their electorate than the Federal. the U. S. is so great, that regulations in one area are actually not perfect in yet another. What works in Maine would not artwork in Mississippi. the federal government became in easy terms in fee of infrastructure, protection, etc.....yet over the years maximum folk of skill has been shifted from the states to the Federal - that's inflicting significant issues.

You can legally buy marijuana in coffee shops. I think that there is a limit on what you can have on you, and I don't think you can sell it on the streets. Prostitution is legal to. You can window shop for them. They also have live sex shows.
