when i was 6 i was sexually abused by a man, he was a good friend of my mothers, and said he would kill me if i told her, lets not go into detail, but i hide the pain by bieng the opposite i how it really feels, happy and confident, but everytime male family members kiss me or go 2 touch me (friendly way, like when you laugh.) i step back and shiver, as i see his face on them, please help me speak out to my mum.

Thank you all for responding to the last question I asked about my Red Tailed Boa, it helps a lot. but now I need help in finding names for her. She is 2 and right now her name is Charm and I DO NOT LIKE IT. I would like something different that fits a snake. I mean come on. The founding fathers almost universely came from or decended from immigrants from Great Britain. Great Britain at the time was ruled by the Church of England (a Christian denomination). Despite what your kindergarden teacher told you, the vast majority of immigrants to the Americas for economic oppurtunity not religious persecution (believe it or not the puritans weren't the only immigrants.)

My point is every group immigrating to the American Colonies from the establishment of the Virginia Colony to the "shot heard 'round the world" were heavily if not universally Christian. Does it not stand to reason to call this countries origins fundementally Christian?

Personally, I consider the dissenting view to be on par with the nut that think 9/11 was orchastrated by the U.S. government so they could get more oil.

I have been friends with my best friend for almost 7 years, we go back and have been close forever it seems. Our old friend just got out of rehab, she had a little something with him before he left and last time he visited, but she is back with her old boyfriend, who is also his friend. Its very confusing, love triangle to the max. Anyways, she is always ditching me for our friend out of rehab or her boyfriend when they are in town. When I explain it she doesn't understand, she used to never do this. Now that we have gotten older (18), she thinks its okay. Should I just take the friendship less seriously?

It's a quickbread, like banana bread, and it came out too dense and rubbery. Can you tell me how to change it so it comes out lighter, but still flavorful and moist?
4 1/2 c flour
2 1/4 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
2 1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c veg oil
1/2 T salt
1/2 c orange zest
1/4 c light corn syrup
4 lg eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c water (sounds like too much to me)
1 1/4 c evap milk
1 1/2 T orange extract
Sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine eggs, zest, oil, corn syrup, water, evap milk & orange extract. Add to dry mix, stirring until combined (I had to use a mixer to get rid of lumps). pour into 2 greased loaf pans & bake at 350 for 50-60 min.

The flavor is nice & orange-y, but I wonder if I could use orange juice in place of some of the water to add even more flavor. Or does the acid do something to the leavening ingredients?

Also, could I use melted butter in place of some of the oil for added richness?

My cousin is having a problem with her ex...lastnight the father was visiting with the baby in his home but when the mother arrived he refused to give the baby back. Police were called and really they couldn't do anything because neither parent has legal custody. My cousin (the mother) is only 17, the father is 18. My question is...will her age make a difference in a custody case?? Will he win full custody because of her being a minor???

The pictures look normal on the monitor but when I print them they're coming out a yucky pinkish red all over. Nothing looks normal at all. I don't see any controls for contrast or tint.

I have a day care in my home and I was interviewing a possible client recently. She called me later to ask for references, but also to discuss her concern with the backyard play area. She didn't like that my yard had a steep incline and that I kept all the outside play equipment on the deck (a very good size deck) and that the children never played in the yard. She then told me that she was getting ready to rent a bulldozer for her yard and suggested that I rent it from her and even out my backyard so the kids could play. I told her that it was not in my budget to drastically change the landscape of my yard and that it would stay as is. She pushed the issue and I told her I didn't think it was a good idea for her to bring her child to the day care and she got angry with me. I told her I was offended and ended the conversation. This lady was a bit on the crazy side in my opinion, or did I over react? What would you say to someone who asked you to bulldoze your yard?

Hi all. My 20 month old daughter is going into surgery for craniosynostosis. I really wanted to give her this elmo for her surgery, but I cannot find it anywhere and being that I am going to have to take some time off of work, I don't have $100 to spend. Can anyone help me? I just made love to the guy that I am in love with for the 1st time and it was off the chart awesome.....I would have never imagined..The problem is..I am married to someone else and can't stand him. I want a divorce but I want to be biblical about this...I know that making love to the other one is not right.....I understand that but we have been trying to keep this from happening for months now.
