Thank you all for responding to the last question I asked about my Red Tailed Boa, it helps a lot. but now I need help in finding names for her. She is 2 and right now her name is Charm and I DO NOT LIKE IT. I would like something different that fits a snake. How about "STAR" or "RAIN" they are pretty cool names. You really should set back and watch your snake, see what kind of personality she has. That may sound crazy to you. But every thing has its own personality. Then name her from there.Good luck.

P.S. let me know what name you come up with.

I usually name my pets after characters in books. Try to think of a character that suits your snake's personality. Years ago I had a pair of Colombian Red Tailed Boa's that were named Mickey and Mallory, from Natural Born Killers.

Naming pets is hard huh? :-) I take ages with mine. I usually tend to name them after characters, either from a TV show, a film, or something like that. My snakes are named Connor and Chester, for reasons I won't bore you with now lol. Sometimes if you can't think of something, a name just sort of pops in to your head.

Snakes do not respond ro their name, so you can change its name on a daily basis till you find the one you like. Personally, I like Charm.

make an anagram out of "red boa" and see what you come up with. Daroab, Boader, Redoab... sounds a bit weird actually, but its an idea.

My Brazilian Rainbow Boa's name is Princess Buttercup. Her mate's name (God rest him) was Westley.

Slick. Although I have always been taught that changing the name of an animal is always bad luck.
