The newest one with the black traveller (who looks like Sen. Barrack Obama) siting in the reclining chair, the bottle of champagne and window revealing the city to his left, and the tissues to his right is one of the most soothing commercials I've seen in a VERY long time.

Also the variation of the Flower Duet would be appreciated too. I play the piano and that flick in the beginning has the same effect as the new turn at the end of CBS' Sunday Morning show's trumpet theme song.

It starts out Sunny came home... and then the shorus is "days go by and still something something". Its sort of a slower song and it is sung by a girl. I think it is from the 90's.

Hello,

I have been dealing with noisy neighbors upstairs for many months now. It's not that they play loud music, but they have a habit of stomping heavily on the floor, slamming their various cabinets and shelves, and dropping heavy objects onto the floor. I understand there is going to be a certain amount of noise anywhere you go, but this is causing me a lot of stress. It happens everyday, but mostly in the evenings and even in the wee hours of the morning. Those dropped objects make my heart pounce and frighten me greatly. I do believe they are doing it deliberately as I also had issues with their noisy dog before.

I reported this to management three times already, and nothing has been done.

I have had enough with the neighbors and management. I am now looking to move out soon. The lease says that to break the one year lease is 30 days notice and one month's rent. Is there a way out of paying this? Can management "bad mouth" me in some way? I have always paid rent on time.

Recently she rings me up and is crying over the phone because she had a major fight with her parents about moving out. Aware with the rise of the sea level due to the global warming. Do you guys think that its worth the effort if we move the ocean water to desert and barren area accross USA, Africa, Australia, etc.

Does the ocean water will go back to the sea? from the condensation, or when it is absorbed back to the sea? etc? is it worth to do this to save the land?

It seems in my 24 years of living, that the "bad" type of guy gets all the girls, yet the good type of guy gets stuck with the poo poo end of the shaft. Yet, the good guy is there to listen, cope, and deal with the girl when the bad guy cheated on her or did something that caused a big fight or breakup. Then, when the girl's confidence is boosted back up by the good guy, she goes right back and picks up another bad dude....WTF????!!??
