There's a pretty good chance if you're not using birth control.
If your cycle is regular, it's likely that you'll ovulate on the 14th day of your cycle. That's the day that you're the most likely to get pregnant. However, sperm can live in your body for up to 7 days.
So, if you had sex on the 7th day of your cycle, and the sperm live for 7 days, that will bring you right up to the 14th day, which is when ovulation is most likely to occur.
That's probably not what you wanted to hear... sorry.

sperm can only live up to 3 days inside the human body, so it would have to be no more than 3 days before you ovulate, and you typically ovulate 10-14 days after menstraution. So if you had sex on the 7th day after, and you ovulated on the 10th day after, there is a good possibility.

It depends on your cycle. But sorry to say, there is a pretty high chance that you could get pregnant. But if you want to put your mind at ease, take a test asap.
