Here it is, the BIG ONE! Its ALL IN YOUR ATTITUDE!

This is why some of the people with the least health and wealth are the happiest, they know that to be truly happy all they need is a good attitude about life. Everything else is gravy!

Also, just because you "may not like how someone else is" doesn't mean you can't like the person, after all, you just may have the wrong impression or even if you don't, by witholding judgement (at least publicly) you keep yourself above pettiness and smallness. So, remember to keep a POSITIVE ATTITUDE about others even when you don't feel you should, someone else may be inspired by your attitude, after a while you will feel more positive about yourself!

Just remember the Golden Rule throughout life and also the Serenity Prayer (let me change the things I can change and the courage to accept the things I cannot change and the wisdom to know the difference . . .), etc.

The Secret of Happiness

"Face life openly. What you avoid just traps you. Accept yourself as you are. Same with other people. Don't test 'em, don't fix 'em, don't blame 'em. Give up the past. Don't expect the jerks who hurt you to apologize. Don't expect unhappy people to be nicer to you than they are to themselves. Don't expect to be understood. Take responsibility for your messed-up life. Don't wait for permission to be more alive. Live without fear. Open your mind, your heart, and your body. And laugh a lot."

Second noble truth of Buddhism. The cause of suffering is desire. We're unhappy when we can't have what we want or we are wanting not to have what we do.
