Im 27 yo male I eat 3 scrambled eggs a day,I hear there bad one day the next they aren't.i also eat at least a cup of oatmeal a day,and the rest of my diet is very low in cholestral.the eggs I eat are also lower in fat,and cholestral there Egglands best..Is 3 to many??

say nasty things to you? Sometimes when people says nasty things to me, I would jus ignore them and tell myself "words dun hurt", but that is not howI feel, I feel hurt! How do I shut myself from all those negative thoughts so that I could stop myself from being hurt by people's words, can anyone suggest something constructive which I can do to feel better instead of jus offering advice?

I am very careful in the sun and always wear sunblock. From this summer, I still have a little bit of a tan showing and lots of freckles on my chest and back that I hate. I want to have even skin, but I want a natural way of doing this. Is lemon juice effective enough? How long will it take until I notice a difference?

I had a best friend, and me and him were inseperatable. But, now, we're enemies. It hurst a lot. And I have dozens of pictures of him, and they're the only memories I have of him when we were close. I tried to get rid of them, but I can't, because he still means a lot to me. Would keeping these pictures as memories be bad for my mental health, since I suffer from depression?

I watched the excellent OPB special tonight about the current and growing diabetes epidemic in the US mainly caused by the epidemic of obesity. It doesnt sound good. Some are saying the diabetes epidemic could destroy not only the health care system of the country but also the economy of the whole US. Obese people in short are destroying the country. What should be done? Any good ideas to help them FAST? SHould we ban or very heavily tax all junk food?

What do you guys think my chances are of getting into these UC's. rank it 1-10, 1 being very unlikely to get in and 10 being accepted for sure :

I am a resident of california

Rank 19 out of about 600-700 in my class
4.04 GPA
SAT I 1640, retook, score pending, i think i did better the 2nd time
SAT II math iic 630 biology E 630, planning to retake

AP BIO 5
AP CALCULUS 4

CLUBs: california scholastic foundation, Keyclub[community service club], Ecology club

Extra Cirricular: journalism 1 year, acapella choir 1 year

Community service: volunteered regularly here and there. about 80 hours total... but i cant really show that on college apps.
