Will North Korea eventually attack Japan or South Korea?

Do you think The North Koreans are crazy enough to carry out such a insane tactic? Do you really believe that the leader or North Korea is really ready to negotiate? Or is it just a front hes puttin on? Can this guy really be trusted?

They are very crazy and able of military action, but they stand against almost the whole world, so I believe they ll start to think a lil bit.

I think that if N. Korea made any kind of retarded move like that:

1. they'd get their a$$es kicked by both S. Korea and Japan
2. I think China would give their little cousin a good spanking for being that stupid
3. If China did not step in the U.S. would tear N.Korea a new one (both Japan ans S. Korea are close American allies)

The guy is a bona-fide nut case. They will either negotiate or get the snot knocked out of them one way or another.

I rather doubt it. They know that the US would have not have any choice but to attack and they would loose. They want nuclear power primarily to inhibit the US from ever attacking them. If they have nukes it is a much different situation than is Iraq. Of course, with China's interest in the region it is really unlikely the US would ever attack them unless they did something like you suggest--and they have even been told this formally by the US. But Kim Jung Il, like all dictators of this type, is paranoid about his own survival and the survival of his regime. The biggest danger of their nukes is their exportation to other International Bad Guys. It is also a big point of pride with these guys--and helps them domestically in that way also.

North Korea wont attack anything because they know the moment they do they will get their *** kicked, no matter who the country they attack is.

I don't think he has either the intention or the balls (at the moment). However, the "west" constantly calling him evil is not helping the situation. These are fiercely proud people who believe it is their right to have the same weapons that 8 other nations on the planet have.

No. That N. Korean leader just like showing off his new toy. He want someone to lookup to him. He is saying, "look what I got".

Americans will explode nuclear weapons on someone. After that action nobody will be around to experience the nuclear fallout and say "we won!"
