Have you seen this letter Written in response to a series of letters to the editor in the Orange County Register?

Dear Editor:
So many letter writers have based their arguments on how this land is made up of immigrants. Ernie Lujan for one, suggests we should tear down the Statute of Liberty because the people now in question aren't being treated the same as those who passed through Ellis Island and other ports of entry.
Maybe we should turn to our history books and point out to people like Mr. Lujan why today's American is not willing to accept this new kind of immigrant any longer.
Back in 1900 when there was a rush from all areas of Europe to come to the United States, people had to get off a ship and stand in a long line in New York and be documented. Some would even get down on their hands and knees and kiss the ground. They made a pledge to uphold the laws and support their new country in good and bad times.

My 18 month old son is extremely attached to me, and screams and cries and pulls me everytime I drop him off at daycare, seems normal to me, however the teachers at his daycare have told me on and off that he is extremely attached to his teacher, that didn't concern me because I felt like at least he likes her, and she must treat him well when I'm not there, but the director told me today that he is extremely attached to his teacher, more than she has ever seen any kid, and they have a lot of kids there. Apparently when she goes to leave the room or they try to take him to another room, he does the same thing with his teacher that he does with me. Should I be concerned or is this normal. I would think it would be normal, but the director didn't seem to think so. I only have the one kid, but they deal with at least 50 or more a day, so seems like they would know better than me.

My sister hasn't dated for close to 9 years, she is besides her self so she made an appointment to see this Chinese doctor. Once she got there he asked her if she would go to any lengths to find change. She said she would, so he asked her to undress and to get on her hands and knees and to crawl across the room. She says all she could hear was constant tutting, once across the room she was beckoned to crawl back to him, again he was shaking his head and tutting, finally she asked him what it was he thought was wrong, to which he said she had Ed Zacarys disease, horrified she asked what that was. ive had this floppy eared rabbit for the last 2 years. he has long one inch soft fur, yet only short about 1cm on the area of his forhead. winter is getting near and he is shedding like crazy, he usually only shed during the summer, but oddly he has begun for the last 3 weeks shedding by the millions and one of these days i noticed on the side of his belly (a litte more above, but on the side) he looked like as if he was missing an extra spot of fur, i looked closer and it wasnt at all a bald spot, but instead a round spot about the size of a quarter, all covered with only short 1cm inch fur, like the type on his forehead. i noticed he has the same thing on the opposite side, its symetrical therefore.

i looked in other spots on his body and he has some spots under the long hair where there is short hair and some spots that there arent any short hair at all...so my rabbit is growing a mix of long and short. he looks kinda wierd, fine with me, but....

my question is: is this normal??
