Proteins and carbohydrates (which are for energy and fat) help build muscle and other body tissue. So basically, any and all food is used by the body to grow and develop. :)

Things with proteins in them. Like chicken, etc. Also perhaps supplement with a good quality vitamin that contains a range of 'B' vitamins. If you do supplement, don't buy the cheap stuff! You would be just throwing your money away because it doesn't digest and comes out like a bed pan bullet!

all foods that u eat contributes to your body. to build up your body u need not only carbohydrate/fat or proteins but vitamins, water and ions. so eat well :D

Umm.. anything with calories would count. You could eat ragweed if you wanted to and your body would still try to pull nutrition from it!
