Sadly no. I love my t.v. but not as much as my computer though...lol

Since the computer has become a primary substitute for watching TV, I would not be surprised to read most people think they could easily go without TV for a week. However, how many could go without both TV and Computer for a week? Throw in Cell phone, Xbox, and Stereo then what's left? OMG, reading a book? Oh the horrors!

I have gone Month without watching TV, Did not have to buy an new TV when old TV when bad

No. It doesn't mean that I watch TV all the time because I don't. I have to watch at least 2 of my favorite shows..other than that, I can do without it.

Watching TV or putting in a DVD?
I turned off Cable months ago and haven't watched TV. Sometimes I miss it but I would prefer to watch movies that I own.

I've done it. But you should know I own about 1000 books and they had to issue me a new library card once (before it expired) because the numbers wore down and the machine couldn't read it.
I also use my computer once a day. At least. And am on the 8 at a time plan from netflix.

No. I have gone a a few days without watching television, but i dont think i would be able to go without for a full week.

Once gave up watching TV for Lent. It was hard at the time, but now I don't think it would bother me as much.

Sure. I've gone without TV most of my life, and I've found that when I did have TV, it was so addicting that I couldn't escape. I'm happy not to have TV once again.

I have and I could again..except right now I am so into thursdays and I used to hate them and I love all the shows on thursday, Greys annatomy, ER. I cant sleep until I get my fix, but I would just buy the etire season when It came out on DVD, so I guess If I really had to I would.
