Ant body parts are designed for their size. They look spindly because of the ratio of body mass to cross sectional area is low. Coz we are bigger, we need more cross sectional area to support our mass.

So, if an ant can carry say 5 times its body weight, then if we were shrunk down to ant size (but our body proportions remained the same), how many times our own body weight could we lift?

My family and I moved into a new apartment about two weeks ago and I have been sick ever since. I know the people who lived here before me had pets, because I can see the pet hair everywhere. The carpets were supposed to be cleaned before we moved it, but when I first vacuumed the carpets it's was awful what I picked up. I put all the pet hair and dust in a bag and showed it to the management. They were sorry and called the company back out the next day to re-clean. I think it's more than just the carpets though. I don’t want to move but is there anyway to get rid of the dust and pet hair, or should we just try to move? We have a few other issues with the management that makes us want to move, but I don’t think I have the energy to move again. Should I try to make the Management fix the problem, or can I make them pay for my doctor bills and cost of the medicine I have to take now? I just need some advice on what other people would do. Thank you.

Firstly, I'm not gay.

That said, it bothers me how one only has so many pockets (even with cargo pants) whilst one has so much to carry. Things that won't fit in pockets but -will- fit in a handbag. The alternative is carrying around a backpack but that's unwieldy and cumbersome. Why isn't there some middle ground? And if there is, please, I beseech you, elucidate it.

In this game 1st we think of a person in our mind n thn draw sum small vertical lines each beside the other rapidly on a paper WITHOUT counting them(take this as 1st group) and then draw it 2 more times each group below the previous group(totally 3 times).After this we cancel every 3 lines and then we'l b left with either 0 or 1 or 2 lines.we take the leftover numbers as a code( eg- the 1st group left no lines so we take as 0,2nd group left 2 lines and the 3rd one left no lines so 0 so we get the code-- 020). Now we hav a list containin of such codes and their related answer which is related 2 the person we thought about.(eg- 020-this person loves u more than anyone else) We make this list on our own but i jus came to know that ther is an original list which applies to everyone and has accurate answers.So does anyone know the name of this name or has the original list??plzzz do help.

Hi, I am currently considering upgrading my laptop memory and maybe getting a faster hard drive. Obviously with it being a laptop I cannot upgrade the CPU. I was just wondering is there a comparison that would show how much quicker it will run with more RAM compared with upgrading the CPU, for example:

Upgrading by 512MB is roughly equivalent to upgrading a CPU by xxxx MHz

Whats everyones cleaning routines each day...

My boyfriend says I do too much cleaning so I wanna know everyone elses.

I get up about 8 start cleaning at 9.

I dust everywhere, clean the inside of my windows (small child)
clean my couch, hoover, wipe down whatever marks on the carpet. clean tv.

Make each bed, dust bedrooms. Fabreze the beds and curtains. Hoover rooms.

Do all the kitchen and bathroom. bleaching etc.

Cant b bothered saying everything.

This is normal isnt it, if your clean?!

He thinks i have OCD!

I have talket to him abou it and he say they mean nothing. That is just for fun and that nothing happened between them. AA couple of years back i found out he was calling one of them, again he say theyre just friends. He say i have nothing to worry about but still bothers me and he knows it. What should I do.
