First, people make bad choices
Second, even well known people in the bible had multiple wives
Third, people lived much shorter lives then. Assuming you married young and survived child birth a woman could be expected to live married for maybe 30 years. Now with life expectancy much longer marriage may last 80 years or more. Thats a long time to spend with one person!
Fourth, you can make any relationship work with anyone if both of you try your best. who is in the relationship doesnt matter, its what kind of effort is put forth between them.
Lastly, people get divorced because life is complicated and marriage isnt always possible or desirable. People change, jobs change, etc. Its easy to say "for better or for worse" until you're in the situation yourself.

I hold to Christian faith which tells me that God had planned out our destiny even before we were born. He knows as has also always known of what's going to become of us and our lives with regard to whichever aspect be it. God intentionally brings about people and situations to fulfil his purpose, which goes way beyond this earthly life in which we exist. His ways are mysterious and he has already got everything weighed and mapped out. His plan has already considered our SHAPE (S-Spiritual Gifts; H-Heart; A-Abilities; P-Personality; E-Experiences) in determining the course our life is to take. So if you are asking if marriages that happen, are as per Gods will and plan...then my answer will be YES. Not just that...Even how they materialize is also something which is according to Gods will and his plan for our lives. His plan and purpose is much deeper and grander than what we could ever fathom. Hope my answer has sufficed.

Yeah,if your not dumb and marry someone you don't really love.Don't confuse Lust with Love.Just cuz sum one is a good f**ck doesn't make it love.Sex doesn't keep a relationship together and it doesn't make a marriage..
