affectionate - however she would have to be attractive to you. Looks are always the first clincher in any relationship - if there was someone who replulsed you, you wouldn't really get involved in the first place and then you wouldn't be able to encounter how affectionate she was.
Personality is always better than looks - as she may have nothing about her and you can't just sit there staring at her all day with no conversation - very boring

I'd pick the affectionate one. Life is not about looking good physically; it's all about relating to people. Besides, people tend to look good to you if they're nice to you. There are psychology studies that back that up.
