16 years of school-more or less-then 30 -50 years of working-Most of out lives we are socialized to conform to group standards like worker bees. It would be hard to exist outside of the group with no food,doctor care,housing,money. I wonder if is the path to extinction because we become more distant from nature's natural ways.

As a geordie i always use pet names for people, but it has been banned in some places as some people find it offensive apparently, if its said in a nice way and not in a patronising way, surely this is ok? i think its sweet when someone calls you petal or sweetheart, what do ya reckon?

I'm out of work at the moment ( another unemployed teacher) and I can't stand it, I'm relying entirely on my partner for money ( supply work just doesn't give me enough) we have a wedding to pay for, and a new house, and I cry all the time, I know going out will make me feel better, but we make arrangements to do so and then I plead that we cancel them feeling that I don't deserve to go out, I don't deserve to have fun, I spend most of my time wishing I could run away and hide, and tell my partner that he should leave me and find someone else, and I know that it's only temporary ( hopefully one day I'll get a job) but I really can't cope and I'm making his life so hard too. Is it worth going to the doctor's for help, I feel reluctant to do it, will it provide a quick fix, or is it a waste of time?

my mate has a baby who is 6months i baby sat on sat nite and noticed:
the baby had a big rash due to cheap wipes
0~3 months clothes that i picked off the floor
house a mess
smoking in the same room
she goes out all the time
what can i do about????
i am 10 weeks pregnant myself shall i just leave it and worry that im not going to b like that as i did try and say something!!!!????plz help

I mean children aged like 5 and up! At this age there like small adults and should be treated and told things about life, instead of sheltered from it!

Im talking about the way adults talk to children, sometimes its just really nasty!

I saw this mother the day, and her words were to her kid, Oh will u shut up Katey, stop bein so stupid, why did I have to have such a stupid child
