I have a half sister (my mum and stepdad's)
A half brother (my dad and his ex's)
And 5 step sisters and 1 step brother (my dad's wife's children)

seeing that a Sibling is a Brother or a Sister, to be a Sibling surely they need to have both the Parents I have, if we share only one Parent, then they are a Half Brother or Half Sister so Q.E.D that must make them Half Siblings too not a Sibling.

No. Out of 5 kids, 4 of us have the same father. The other, mom had out of wedlock in the early 1960's. Not a good time for stuff like that.

I have an older step sister(by 3 years) by my step father and a younger half sister(5 years younger) and a younger half brother (by 7 years)

yes, my parents were married for 35 years before my father died of cancer in 2004, he died shortly after their 3 wedding anniversary. I have two brothers and five sisters.
