Snakes can't bite their own lips, and if they did it would heal very quickly due to the sharp, clean wound made by snake teeth. If you're referring to the toxin in venomous snakes, snakes are immune to their own venom, as well as similar venom from other snakes.

i assume you are talking about a poison snake, they are Immuned to their own poison, thats why they can eat the mouse they killed.
