I lived in one city for a while and got very attached to it. Then suddenly my parents forced me to move to this new place because the schools are supposedly better. And all the while I've been here, I can't help but notice everyone is fake. This city has a reputation for being high class, but all the kids at my school pretend they are real gangsta and act like hoodlums.
The previous area I lived in wasn't a ghetto or anything but it was a lot more lower-class. Even the people there didn't try to act as hard though, so I can tell these people are just acting. These people are made of $$, but they refuse to act like who they really are.
I know this doesn't sound like a crisis, but being a teenager, sometimes these things matter. My parents say my main priority should be school and there shouldn't be anything else to worry about. But I can't cope with these idiots anymore. I don't fit in.
Am I just being judgemental or would you be irritated as well?
