No, Franklin was NEVER President of the United States. He advised several Presidents: Washington, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson. He had diplomatic positions, but was never President.

no, although he is on the hundred dollar bill. he was an inventor and a spokesperson for the government at the same time. I'm thinking he did sign the declaration of independance.
