I will be doing a laboratory investigation and I need some prelimenary info for my own understanding as well as to write up the laboratory report.

I need something along the lines of such and such # of cigarettes per day, or drinks...I just can't come up with something that is easily measured when humans are the subjects(age, height...are all controls)

I find that eating too much will definitely affect your body fat and make it increase.
