Many suburban towns continue to expand area-wise, we clear so much forest every year, that in 50 years we won't have any forest left.
-Thus more stess on people
-Thus more Global warming
-Thus dirty air

Why don't we start building high in stead of wide? I mean instead of building 50 luxury condos, you could build a 25 story apartment building. That would be more expensive, but if we all built like that, we could save a lot of natural resorces and land.

I bought a 99 honda accord V^ last year in Novermber froma dealer. I feel like they screwed me over becuase it already had 127,000 miles on it and got it for $9,500 plust tad plus interes. Befroe i even came to this dealer i went to several others. Because my credit score was really bad nobody would qualify me but the creditor i got. So- theygave it to me with 23% interest. According to tehm- my balance is $8,000 since last year it has barely gone down cuz interest is so high. If i decide to send a $3,000 payment in JAN and $2,0000 in April- what would happen next?? obviously the balace is gonna go down but- if i decide to pay it off before the year is over will i still have to pay the interest? is there a early payment penalty?

After offering to take a lady to the fanciest restaurant in town, (One where I'd have to make reservations), and after she already agreed to do something with me, anything. Whether it was getting dinner, a movie, coffee, going bowling.....But especially this dinner...Suddenly she isn't so sure....Tells me she'll call back with an answer, and then doesn't seem to have time......Where did I go wrong? I hadn't even been on a date with her yet, and I offered to take her to the nicest place in town. She was eager at first, and I was never over bearing, always let her call me....So what happened?

My husband loves his job and so do I,but some days he comes home really stress out, and I try things to get his mind off of the stress or at least talk about it, but sometimes he dont like talking about the problem until he is over it. Thats make me upset because I want to help him but its hard when he wants to handle it on his own so that makes me stressed. I understand being in the Marine Corps is demanding and sometimes very stressful, so is it best for me to give him his space during times like that or take a different approach?

My 4 year old daughter has angelman syndrome, and numerous other health issues. SHe is in a regular 5 point harness carseat. She is 34lbs. When she hits 40 she is too big for her seat, and we need to find another one that can support bigger children. She is not mentally or physically able to be in a regular booster seat with a shoulder strap. Does anyone know where i can find a seat like that?

My boyfriend and I have been together for two years and we have been living together for one year. He drinks every night. When he runs out of beer he hits up the liquer cabinet and when that is empty he gets those little souvenir bottles of liquer and drinks those. He doesn't act insane when he drinks but every so often his insecurity of women kicks in. Drunk or sober I am blamed for everything that goes wrong. He can turn anything around on me that I have nothing to do with. He is insecure about himself and about us. He has a really bad relationships in the past with ex-girlfriends and his ex-wife. They all seem to have cheated on him. I have never given him a reason to think that I would do anything to jeopardize our relationship or hurt him. I have a 4 year old son who adores him and knows him to be his father. I don't know what to do. I love this guy with all my heart. When I point out the issues that he needs to work on I seem to be the bad guy. I need advise. What do I do?
