I am a stay at home mom of four kids and I homeschool them. My husband has been military so we've always had a transient lifestyle. He has been unfaithful. I'd like to continue to homeschool my kids after divorce, but I need to know if that's possible. What would my child support be?? Is there a formula or percentage?? And is it possible to get alimony?? Is there a percentage or formula for that as well?? Thanks for any help!

I've know this guy since the 6th grade and we've been friends ever since. Now he's my best friend next to Melissa and I like him more than a best friend. Allot more. A ton of my friends say we would make a cute couple and there's a rumor going around saying we go out. This is because we went to homecoming together and we slowdanced. We just went as friends though. I have reasons to think he likes me and he doesn't like me. He got me a white rose crosage for homecoming even though we only went as friends but I had to practicaly ask him to dance before we did. He knows me almost as well as I know myself but we're best friends so that doesn't really count. I just know I really like him allot and that I don't like anyone else this much. Is it really weird for best friends to go out. I'm just scared if he doesn't like me that he'll feel weird being my friend. Man I'm just so confused.

I have heard about a lot of scam working there.first they asked a small amount for the visa and documents,when i negleted he (Sir Ahmadu Awolowo ph no. 234-804-307-78-20 Zertech recruitment service),asked me He can arrange a soft loan for me for the expence and it will reimburse from the salary.and for the immigration contact Mr.Mike Adenuga ( head of the visa/permit operation ). Can any body tell me the real fact behind this? Can me believe these people?

When me and my partner of 4 years go out with my sister and friends we occasionaly drink and things are fine until we get home he starts yelling and screaming saying i dont go near him im always with his friends but he is imagning it i only talk to his friends if they ask me for a cigarette other than that i am with my sister we only go out about once a month but i am so faithful to him and he thinks i dont want to be with him. And we have a 21 month old daughter i dont wasnt her to lose her father but i get one break a month where my mum takes her and is it a crime that i let lose for one night? Honest thoughts please. Ok, I met this guy two 1/2 months ago. we talked for a whole month before I ever saw him again and when I saw him we hung out and went to his place after my friend and I left the club while there my friend met his friend... Now at his place we just made out a little bit or what ever.. Alright so after that he still continuned to call me asking me to go over to his place and chill and everytime I was suppose to go over it always after Im leaving a party/club, the PEAK HOURS 11pm-4am ( booty call). Well needless to say I havent been over his place but recently he has started to aim me instead of just calling or when I talk to him he's always saying that I have "groupies" or other guys im talking to...And the other day we both met up at an event and before the event was over he just left w/o saying anything....Oh and he calls me mostly on the weekends and aims on the weekdays..so the question is...WHAT SHOULD I DO, FORGET ABOUT HIM OR TRY TO SEE IF HE LIKES ME, IS HE PLAYING GAMES W/ ME

Hi,

We recently adopted a kitten via my sister who is a Vet Nurse. This lovely little chap is 9 weeks old or thereaboutrs, was badly starving, and had severe infections and a bad leg / tail. The vets amputated the tail and leg before we got him and sorted the infections, but after a week he is still a complete nervous wreck!
I've adopted abused animals before but after a week they normally show some signs of familiarity, this little one just shakes. He also often has accidents (anywhere but the litter tray) and will sit in it.

I recognise he's traumatised and we're sticking it out with him, but need advice too. He does play / move about at night, but never by day.

We do have another older cat, but he and the kitten just steer clear of each other, which seems OK for the moment- we can work on that later.

Ok.... So I wasn't the perfect husband, but I did what I thought I needed to do. I got so wrapped up in what I thought she wanted (the house, the car, etc.) that I totally ignored her for years because I was working so much to try and pay for everything. We've both done some very hurtful and hateful things in the course of our divorce proceedings. We actually sat down and talked for 7 hours a couple of weeks ago and have had a couple of good two hour conversations since. We're getting along and I thought I didn't love her anymore, but the more we get along, the more I miss her! She says there will never be a chance of reconciliation, but I think she's just got her guard up after so many years of pain.... Am I way off track? Is there anything I can do?

I was an Assistant Branch Manager at a small town credit union while my husband was working in the town. We refinanced our vehicles through them at a low interest rate and maybe a year later, we found out that we were being relocated. Approx 3 months later we got a letter in the mail saying that since I was no longer an employee and since we had moved out of state, they were raising our interest rate by 8%!!! Is that legal? I've never heard of that before, and I just got a new statement from them...the rates are horrible and we are planning to refinance here locally, but still wonder if the rate change was justified? Can someone please shed some light?
