Is it time for the next size up even though she is under the recommended weight range? I've tried several different brands and it doesn't seem to make a difference, so maybe I should increase the size? Seems like it would be way too big.

How is it that most of us work 9-5 most of our life and feel it's okay/normal? I think it's the craziest thing on earth. So many people are obsessed w/their jobs. Their lives revolve around them. You can't do what you want when you want b/c of a job. You can't always fly home for the holidays or attend to someone that's sick, etc. We do not live lives of freedom. Pls don't get the wrong idea & think I'm against WORKING-I'm NOT, I'm against 9-5 type jobs that have you chained to a desk day after day. This world is so big and there's so much to do/see. We should have free time for the things we love to do. The sad part is, when most of us retire (if we even can) we'll be worried about money for housing and medical bills, etc. How is it that most people spend their entire lives as robots? Personally, I'm trying to think of creative ways to work/make a living that won't control every aspect of my life. I don't want my life to be in the hand's of another (boss, etc).

I'm a first time mom to a 4 month old. She's getting too big for the bassinet that she is in (in our bedroom). Any suggestions on how to transition baby to the crib in her room? Is waiting until 5 months a better idea? I've read that the earlier the better, but during the first three months, she would cry the moment she was in a crib. She did become accustomed finally to the bassinet, but I think that's only because it is in our room. I am not really a big fan of co sleeping, though I did it at first when she was a newborn to make feeding easier (she's breastfed). Also, any practical bedtime routines for her age group? She is too young for story reading to lull her to drowsiness, a bath every day is overkill. Basically our routine is change diaper/change into onesie, sleeper/nurse --> gets her drowsy and sometimes asleep. Thank you.

The phone ring, and you've been expecting your bf/gf to call you. THEN you look at the caller i.d., or you answer the phone, and it turns out to be someone else, like a family member or a friend? Sometimes i'll say "Oh, it's you." lol They always laugh, because of course they know who i'm waiting on.

Today, most states give all of their Electoral College votes to the candidate who won the state's popular vote. But there is no law that requires them to do that. There are a couple of states that give them out by percentage.

Here's a new idea, and I want to get comments on it.

Each state gets a number of electors equal to the number of House and Senate seats they have. Instead of giving them all to the overall winner, each Elector that came attached to a House seat gives their Electoral vote to the winner within that House district. The two Electors that you get for your Senate seats go to the overall winner for the state.

Result: you no longer have four or five battleground states, you have dozens of battleground districts and candidates have to run nationwide campaigns. The winner will be more representative of the people's votes, but statewide winners still get 20% of the Electoral votes.

What do you think?

My neighbor and I have been friends for almost a year. He knows that I am married and has really not ever made a hit on me directly, but he tells me I can call him anytime of the night and to come over to his apartment to discuss some travel realated business ( Iam a Outside Travel Agent). He is really nice to my child and often gives him pep talks on occassion outside with me. He is just really nice and I am wondering if he wants to have a realationship with me knowing that Iam married. Do single guys like married women? Just curious.

How many unwanted children have you taken into your home and provided for and loved?
It's easy to think of passing a law saying let's not kill any more unborn babies, but come on, there are so many kids in foster homes.
Please be conscious of the big picture.
