I am a doctor and can assure you that you will not be bothering your personal doctor. A young woman with history of ectopic and recent miscarriage now presenting with abdominal pain is something that needs evaluation. If your doctor is upset by a visit, then I would suggest finding a new doctor.

im so sorry.
i dont want to scare you or cause you any more pain, but i really think you need to check with your doctor, just incase there was anything left of the pregnancy that has caused an infection, or the possibility of a twin pregnancy.
if you had an infection that you left untreated, it could affect your fertility if the remaining tube is affected, so please go to your doctor. he wont think you are silly and its best for you to be safe than sorry.
good luck for the future, im sure you ll be a mummy someday

Doesn't sound silly to me. Go get it checked. It could be anything from gastritis or an ulcer, since you feel the pain high up near your ribs, but it could also be referred pain from a cyst or a renal stone, or something worse. Or it may be from internal scarring from the previous surgery.

i have similar pains myself made worse coming up for the time of the month. my problem is on my right tho and is called dyspepsia. its basically too much acid being produced and it traps wind in your stomach/duodenum which is just under your rib. if you get acid/ heartburn, cant burp or burp too much go see your doc. u might need proton pump inhibitors, they stop your stomach producing acid. swellings at time of the month seem to push the pain even higher up under my ribs. you could also have a functional cyst. they follow the hormone cycle and could also cause added pressure to your stomach.
go see the doc anyway

Bother your doctor, you are paying them!!! If they act like you are bothering them get a new doc. This sounds serious and they will want to see you in their office. This doesn't sound like something that can be resolved over the phone. Good Luck!

Why are you wasting time asking us in here? Get yourself to the doctor....and don't wait till tomorrow...find out where you out of hours doctors is (ususally have a clinic in your local hospital). At the very least ring NHS direct. Now.

I hope you have already done so but if not GO now to youre nearest A&E dept or Primary care and get a professional opinion. No-one here can make a diagnosis. Go on do it....

Do you know what stomache ache feel like?
Indigestion?
Cramp?
I think you do.
If you don't think it's any of the above, then it isn't 'something silly'
Please go to your Doctor.
With your history I am sure they will be sympathetic.
