I've never paid attention to the weight ranges, I just buy the next size if the current ones are getting too small.
No matter which ones I use, my daughter has occasionally leaked out the top of the front at nighttime. But if it's leaks out the bottom or back, then I had that happen only recently. One day in the store I picked her up and her whole backside was wet! How that happened while she was sitting in the cart, I couldn't figure out. And it happened one more time after that. It had never happened that way before. The only cause I found was that I had one of those sports-top water bottles with the pull up top, and she loved drinking out of it. Well, in the car, she had downed a bunch of water from the bottle, since she thought it was so cool to drink from. The same thing the second time too. So that was the cause of our leak problem. Could it be yours too? Maybe too much fluids in a short amount of time?
You could always try a bigger size, since you will need them later on anyway. They always seem too big once they get into a new size, but it wouldn't hurt to try it.

Hi, I have a 15 month old, and I had that problem my self so I tried changing him if he woke up in the middle of the night (that was when he was leaking through the diapers). BUT when I took him off the bottles he tended to stay almost totally dry, he still has a cup before bed and also he has water during the night but he is practically staying dry for the most part!! Can't wait till he's potty trained

It's worth trying a bigger size. My kids are all rather tall but rather skinny so even though they weren't necessarily at the weight range for the larger diaper they were far too tall to be wearing the small ones. If nothing else, going up a size bigger and then finding they are too big you can simply put them away because eventually she will be that size.

I think this is a common problem almost all parents have. I would suggest trying the next size up to see if that helps. If not change your child frequently. Stay away from the cheaper diapers they tend to have less absorbency.

try changing her more often, and on some brands the recommended weights overlap with the previous size

change her diaper more often- try every 2-3 hours as needed- after all how comfortable would you be sitting around in a damp diaper?
