I'm 19 years old, 5ft. 8in. and I weight 155Ibs. Yeah, I am still relitively skinny, but over the past 6 months or so I have gained a good amount of weight. I dont understand where it is coming from.. I only eat about twice a day and I drink a decent amount of water each day. I am pretty busy with school, studying, and work so I dont have much to to be active and work out. But I dont understand why I am gaining this weight. It's mostly in my upper body - stomach and chest. Its like my body isnt burning off hardly anything that I eat.. why is this???
