We live in a trailer...it's an 80's model...we're renting. Since we moved in we've all been getting head aches, but attributed it to getting married and stress. Well they haven't gone away. Then my daughter started coughing and her eyes were red and watery. About a week later her room started smelling really bad!! I went in to check things out and the floor "fell in"...like it had a HUGE soft spot! And the floors in the hall and surrounding rooms starting bowing in and out. I called the land lord and he said he'd replace the floors tomorrow morning. But my child's pediatrician and my father (who owns an architecture firm) said it won't go away that easily and that we need to move out. But, we don't exactly have money to do that unless he gives us our deposit back! The pediatrician says she'll write a letter to the land lord explaining why he's against health code and it should get us our deposit back? But is there a clause in the renters rights that I can show the Landlord?

make confident your daughter would not flow to sleep for no less than one hour after the fall. If she isn't reaction after the fall you may take her to the closest ER. If she seems high-quality perfect now, merely save an eye fixed out for her. Like if she would be able to't consume, sleep, no longer enjoying those could be indicators of a severe injury to the top. additionally if she is crying and you given her some soreness drugs and it did no longer help. i might take her to the ER. ultimate of success!

I'd move in with your father temporarily and find a lawyer to help you get your deposit back.
