Someone stated that she found out her boyfriend was cheating on her, so she scrubbed her butt hole with his toothbrush without telling him. I told her that she could have given him E. coli but she said he deserved it.

I know each jurisdiction's laws are different, but could that be attempted murder since she had the intent to cause harm? Or is the possibility of him catching E. coli so remote that it would just be brushed off as a domestic squabble?

This is actually true and it was a workmate who said it.

It was premeditated and malicious. If he actually received E coli or any disease that can be genetically traced to her she can be charged with a Felony, I think its battery with intent. Which may not carry a lot of time on the sentence but he can sue for Millions.

Yes! This is a criminal act. As far as charges that would be up to the prosecutor office. You might think about telling the guy about it. With you knowing about it and if he would get sick you could be held in acount for not doing anything to stop this. That to would be up to the prosecutor office. There are a variety of diseases he could get from this, some deadly. Act fast.

Could be assault with intent if her desire to make him sick was provable. Most likely just a person who has no self control. I'd avoid her if you can, you don't want to be involved in the kind of stuff she's going to be involved in as time goes by. That sort of thing usually escalates.

That is an urban legend. I have heard that many many times before...girlfriends doing it to boyfriends, boyfriends doing it to wives and even burglars doing it, photographing them in the act and then the burgled people discover the fate of their toothbrush after developing their photos.

Your friend was hurt and acted upon impulse, but what she did was very wrong.

If he didn't get sick, no one is going to do anything because they won't be able to prove she actually did anything with the toothbrush at this point.

Yes it is a criminal act, and a very digusting one, who ever did this has some issues, what goes around comes around, think about that while brushing your teeth.

Mmmm, im sure she was probably just trying to be mean, not thinking that might actually hurt him, but more of that is just nasty.
