If you stop taking the pill at the end of the pack you should get your period at the regular time. And then about 28 days or so there after. If you stop taking the pill mid way through the pack you would probably get your period anywhere from a few days to a few weeks after stopping. I would say that if you don't get your period on Friday you may want to buy one of those early detection pregnancy tests. You should also make an appointment with your doctor if the test comes back negative. Let him know that you went off the pill a month ago and still have no gotten your period.
I myself went off the patch on a Saturday and got my period 3-4 days later found out almost a month to the day that I was pregnant.

As long as you didn't stop your pills mid-pack, then your cycle this month should be right on schedule. You are more likely to conceive the first month going off the pill, so I hope this is the case for you. I wouldn't test now though because the home tests check for the hcg hormone (which is what your body produces when you're pregnant) and if the level isn't high enough for the test to detect, you'll get a false negative. Therefore, it's best to wait until at least the day you are due to start. I would suggest buying the 2 pack tests, that way if the first one does come back negative, you can retest in a few days. Your hcg hormone level doubles every 2-3 days, so a few days can make all the difference between a negative and positive result. Good luck!

I never had a period after coming off the pill. I got pregnant right away. However, I was due to start my period on a Tuesday being day # 28 and I took a test on the Friday before (negative) then again on the Tuesday I was supposed to start (negative) and finally on the following Saturday after I missed my period I got a POSITIVE. I took the test that has it written out PREGNANT or NOT PREGNANT. Good luck!!

Its usually the same. I stopped my pill when it ran out at the end of the month, and the next month i had a regular period. So it should just go back to normal. If you don't have it at your normal time, then that is cause to think you are pregnant. I hate to say it, but wait it out, and if you cant then take a test.
