The best is www.avsim.com You can search the type of plane you want and filter your search to see the most downloaded (basically the best ones) Read the directions and follow the path they tell you to put the files in.
If you are up for a challenge you can also buy payware airplanes. The best site for that is www.pcaviator.com They have all kinds of airplanes ranging from small cessnas to Boeing 747. These planes are very high quallity and very realistic. For me they're worth it.
