In a persons quest for success in life, what do you feel are the most important things they need to practice or focus on to get there? What do you feel are the biggest road blocks or hurdles that people have to overcome in their lives in order to achieve personal success and which of these trouble spots do you feel are the most under-emphasized? My 12 year old daughter cut her hair without permission but it actually looks pretty good! I don't know weather i should make her cut it for punishment or let her keep it! And if i did decide 2 punish her how short should i go? Her hair is like 5 inches short of being to her waist!

This is for a novel I'm planning - I have a young male British Muslim as one of the characters. I read that Muslims are expected to pray five times a day, preceded by ablutions. I was wondering, does anybody have any stories of meeting with curiosity or perhaps xenophobia while doing so? How about praying several times a day in jobs and schools etc that don't necessarily expect this?

It was an old car but the hurt won't go away. I feel so violated. They took it from right in front of my door. I try to forget it but I had so many little things in there that keeps reminding me. Like: all the dog food that I did not feel like caring in at the time I bought it and an umbrella I had since 1995, some molding for my porch, and lots of other little reminders. I just want the pain to stop.

Im glad i didnt believe in hell, but when i learned the bible i found out Daniel and Jesus didnt lie-You may say i never died so it doesnt exist-that is like saying i never died from eating poison-or weed wont hurt me-that is really dumb if u do those kind of things -trying to find out if it will kill you or hurt you!!!!

Okay... I have a Mongoose Blackcomb in which I bike to school everyday... On Friday, some jerks sprayed WD-40 on the disk brakes, so now the brakes won't work. Dose anyone know of anything that will take the stuff off quickly without damaging the brakes?
