This man helped me with something for my job and he saw info that he shouldn't have seen. The info was very limited and no one was hurt by it. I made a bad choice, but I had no ill intent of any kind. Months after he helped me, he contacted my employer and told them. I have been fired from my job, denied unemployment, don't have insurance. This person took everything he could from me because he "loved' me and I didn't love him. We were friends; he wanted more; I didn't. I never treated him badly or anything. He harassed me to the point I got a restraining order. I filed a grievance trying to get my job back-doesn't look good. My employer seems to be trying to screw me. What he told them was true, but his reasoning behind it was malicious. Do I have any legal recourse against him? I want him to understand the impact of what he did. My job was my passion. He hurt me, but he also hurt my clients. What are my chances if I appeal unemployment? Any other suggestions (yes I'm looking for work

why do people keep saying life begins at conception. Biologically, life is continuous and began some 3.5 billion years ago. The sperm and egg are every bit as alive 1 microsecond before conception as they are 1 microsecond after. What's all this "life begins at conception" nonsense, when it clearly began long long before conception?

I am 25 and am from inida. abt 8 months ago i married dis gal in court decieving my parents. dis gal is 6 yrs elder dan me was previously divorced and has lotta health problems like asthma, blood pressure, hyperthroid and cholestrol. she is 92 kgs big. i come from a well to do family. after my parents came 2 know dey were heart broken and dejected. my parents refused to accept de marriage so did my church. she started physically abusing me and den one day she called my mother a whore ane me a son of a whore. since then she has continously abused me n my parents. we never stayed together, even after so much trauma i wanted to stay wid her (may be becoz of low self esteem). i felt like i was bewitched. now its been 5 months she has moved off to a different city but still torments me. i am a simple guy and am in need of expert advice. please help all of you out there. if u wanna mail me, mail me at raving_metal@yahoo.com

i've been searching all night about the gnat-litter box problem. i just got my cat. he is very clean, the house is very clean, the litter box is very clean, i scoop the urine and poop every day. i have a box with a trap door -- big box for him. unfortunately, when i uncover the box it is swarming with gnats - what the heck is going on. i never had this problem before and i am a "cat person". the only difference is that i lived in cold weather state and now i live in a warm weather state. the gnats are EVERY WHERE in my home. i have to bomb my home, but why would this be. i use tidy cats for small spaces. is it perhaps the litter? can you suggest a litter? i'll try anything. it is not a cleanliness issue. i know i know what you are thinking -- yeah right. No, it is freaky.

This one guy is pissing off me and my friends. First he made-out with my friend then the next week he TRIED to make out with me. He asks my other friend on a date like 2 days after he trys to make out with me.
