I am 25 and am from inida. abt 8 months ago i married dis gal in court decieving my parents. dis gal is 6 yrs elder dan me was previously divorced and has lotta health problems like asthma, blood pressure, hyperthroid and cholestrol. she is 92 kgs big. i come from a well to do family. after my parents came 2 know dey were heart broken and dejected. my parents refused to accept de marriage so did my church. she started physically abusing me and den one day she called my mother a whore ane me a son of a whore. since then she has continously abused me n my parents. we never stayed together, even after so much trauma i wanted to stay wid her (may be becoz of low self esteem). i felt like i was bewitched. now its been 5 months she has moved off to a different city but still torments me. i am a simple guy and am in need of expert advice. please help all of you out there. if u wanna mail me, mail me at [e-mail]

You are better off without her. You can focus on your english and grammar and move on to someone that will respect you and your family.

Geez, that's too bad. I'm not a lawyer, so you better go get one. If you have any bruises from her beating on you, get pictures. If you have any witnesses, make sure you have them handy so you can take them to the police station to have her sorry @ss arrested for assault and battery. I'm pretty sure you could get divorced with no problem based on the things you described. But you sound very naive. You need to learn English, use proper grammar and hit spell check next time and maybe someone yahoo answers can even help ya out. Good luck dude.

Get a restraining order so she has to leave you alone or face criminal punishment! You should never let anyone disrespect your parents like that! She is not worth it! Move on and tell her to leave you alone. If she calls, don't answer. If she emails, report it as SPAM. If she writes, throw the letters away. If she does not take the hints, change your phone number to an unlisted one, change your email address and possibly move. If she finds ways to harass you after that, you need help from the police. You need to divorce her too!

If she torments you that badly, cut your losses, cut all contact and file for divorce. Men do get it bad sometimes from women, but I believe that many women feel men don't have things like that to deal with. If you allow it to continue, it almost sounds like a choice. You have the ability to choose. And you are still young. It sounds like she is using her illnesses as a crutch, is angry at the world, and decided to take it out on you.
