My 30 gb video iPod just stopped working. I remember fuly charging the battery, and then listening for about 15 minutes. When I decided to use it again the sad ipod with xclamation point appeard. Then I got scared, because my iPod is only 5 months old.So then i tried to charge it, the charging thing wouldnt come up! So now my iPod wont charge,reboot,reset,or anything. Could anyone please help me ! And I dont think the battery died because I only have had the Ipod for 5 months.

the label said to take 1-2 pills in the morning and at night. so i took two, then i realized it said to start out with 1 pill. the pill contains about 2 cups of caffine each so maybe that is why i am shaking so much. should i try continuing the pill by only taking one, or should i just discontinue the use period?

My doctor told me I need to lower my Cholesterol so I need to change my eating habits. Don't get me wrong, I do eat my veggies, fruit and tend to stay away from the fried foods as much as possible. I'm also trying to watch my sugar intake as well. There has to be some tasty things that I can make to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner than what I'm currently eating (plain oatmeal with Splenda for breakfast, a few grapes and a sandwich for lunch with a diet drink or water and some kind of chicken or tuna dish for dinner. If you can't suggest something to cook or bake would you be able to suggest a book or web site? Thanks!!

My daughter came homefrom school today with a yellow diciplinary note pinned to her shirt. My husband noticed about 5 other kids also had the notes pinned to their shirts. Do you feel it is appropriate to ostercise students in front of their class in this mannor or shoud they be dealt with privately and a phone call to the parents about their behavior?

I have a friend who just had her baby 3 weeks ago and she told me today that her mom told her to give her 3 week old Karo syrup and water at night to "relax her and get her to sleep through the night". I have a 6 month old and told her to NEVER do that, especially to a baby so young! The only time I've ever been told to use Karo is if the child is consitpated and even then I've been told to try juice diluted with water first. Her child was also 4 weeks premature. She insists it's ok because her mom said it was and that her mom did it with all her kids. Am I right to be concerned and how can I explain to her kindly that it is not good for her infant?

I have a very bad back, so my wife hired 2 pool guys, 3 gardeners, an electrician that comes twice a month and a plumber and his helper come 3 times a week. She insists that it is for my own good and for my full recovery I should stay with her mother. My back is feeling much better, but I am a little concerened. We don't even have a pool, and the lawn looks like crap. And the faucet the master bath still drips. What's up?

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. -- A paraplegic man in Rutherford County was allegedly roughed up Thursday night by police who thought they were dealing with an uncooperative drunk driver.

The misunderstanding happened when police removed the Harvey Watson from his vehicle and thought that he was resisting arrest when they dragged him across the road.

Watson is also a diabetic . A Rutherford County Sheriff's Department incident report shows that officers tried to stop Harvey Watson's vehicle but for medical reasons unknown to police at the time, he was disoriented.
