My 30 gb video iPod just stopped working. I remember fuly charging the battery, and then listening for about 15 minutes. When I decided to use it again the sad ipod with xclamation point appeard. Then I got scared, because my iPod is only 5 months old.So then i tried to charge it, the charging thing wouldnt come up! So now my iPod wont charge,reboot,reset,or anything. Could anyone please help me ! And I dont think the battery died because I only have had the Ipod for 5 months.

A sad face icon means there is a hardware issue. First, try to force it into Disk Mode (see the first link for the details on how to do this). If you're able to force it into Disk Mode, then you can perform a restore (see the second link). If you cannot do get it into Disk Mode, then you'll have to send it in for repair.

Yeah I agree with that other answer--ask apple for help. & if that takes too long go to a local apple store. It'll get better in no time. Hopefully you're willing to pay some money for the help though.

Send it in for warranty repair and pray to God because Apple's Products and Customer Service have gone down the drain in the last year.

Ipods are horrible....by some other brand like Toshiba, they have really nice ones and much cheaper.
