I like mystery and historical romance but well written ones. Right now I am hooked on Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum series. My sister-in-law wrote a poetry book that is totally awesome, too.

historical novels, (both fiction and non) drama and suspense, some mysteries. i can't read romance, though, i just can't get through it....one of my favorite books is "The Living" by Annie Dillard, and my favorite authors, among many, are John Kellerman, Joseph Wambauch, John Grisham, John Updike, (i see a trend here..) oh, and Art Spiegelman's "maus" books....good reading!!
