Make a very good friend that works for an airline and get them to give you a buddy pass and fly stand by.

Try the wheel-well of the aircraft; wear a good thermal coat.

Seriously, when you say little or no money you kind of limit options. Cross-country flights are expensive. But a couple options come to mind, if you are serious:

1. Advertise to serve as a companion for someone who is possibly elderly or disabled and needs someone to accompany them. Even a child. Make sure you can provide character references.

2. Can you borrow any money? Enough for a ticket? Buy one and turn it in for a refund. Buy another and refund that one. Somewhere along the way you might end up with a ticket and the money that was refunded. Not ethical, maybe, or legal, possibly, but it could work somehow. Of course, you might have to sit on someone's lap. Just hope it's not the air marshall.

Actually, I'd go with option No.1, if I were you.

Good luck flying on little or no money. best to take the Greyhound Bus, they have flat rate fares to anywhere.

And sealing yourself in a box like the other guy states is not only insane but dangerous, cargo is stored in a part of the plane that is not pressurized. This means at 30,000 feet you will not have enough oxygen to breathe which means you could die.

Get a friend to seal you in a box and deliver you to the cargo desk of an airline.
