How do I get windows Xp to pull the time servers every couple hours?

Use a program like CLOCKWISE.

click on the clock in the lower right hand corner... when the clock opens up you can find what timer server you are using. search for this time server in your registery. There is a setting in the registry that tells windows how often to update the clock using this timer server. change it from the default 24 hrs to 2 hrs or what ever you want.
